Hey, I'm Vigs.

I'm a motion designer from Chennai, India. Currently working at Zoho, where I spend most of my time making things move, telling product stories, and occasionally convincing After Effects to cooperate.

I started my career in 2021. Somewhere along the way, I became interested in what happens behind the animations. Not just how things move, but why they move, how they're built, and whether there's a better way to make them.

That's how I got into coding.

It started with small After Effects expressions. Then scripts. Then extensions. And eventually, I found myself building actual applications instead of doing the animation I was supposed to be doing.

I like making tools for designers. Mostly because I've been on the other side, clicking the same buttons hundreds of times, wondering why nobody has made something to fix it.

These days, I'm exploring the space between motion design, interaction, and code. I'm working on personal projects like Sequence, a workspace for motion designers, and Chroma, an experiment with light and color.

I'm not trying to become a full-time software engineer. I just like the idea that when something doesn't exist, I might be able to build it myself.

Anyway, that's me.

I make things move. Sometimes I make things that help other people make things move.

And occasionally, I remember to go outside.
